North American Concrete prides itself in being a member of Durham Region’s community. It’s no secret that COVID has impacted many since the start of the pandemic and the greatest lesson we can carry forward from it is that if we work together we can get through anything.

After hearing the story of one family in Durham Region (they have wished to remain unnamed) who were forced to quarantine after the husband and father of three had come into contact with someone at his work who had tested positive, our team stepped in. When we learned that the family was not prepared to stay two weeks at home due to not having enough supplies, North American Concrete helped by buying, paying for and delivering groceries to the family’s home.

“We believe in taking care of our community.” said Lindsay Arouesty, North American Concrete’s Executive Assistant. “Our Chairman Kyle Mufti believes that we should put giving back to the community at the top of our list and it is a value that we as a company have built our foundation on.”
